Kindred Hospital Chattanooga is a 49-bed transitional care hospital accredited by The Joint Commission. The interdisciplinary team at Kindred Hospital Chattanooga provides close monitoring and clinical analysis of each patient. We offer a level of expertise and experience necessary to restore patients to the highest functioning level possible.
