The hospital cafeteria is located on the first floor and is available to all visitors during the following times:Monday-Friday
Dinner is not served in the cafeteria, but guest trays may be ordered by calling the kitchen at extension 7500. All orders should be pre-paid. Vending machines may also be found on the second floor in the family waiting room and on the first floor at the cafeteria.
Visitor parking is provided in designated areas of the hospital lot. Spaces for handicapped parking also are available. While we strive to keep all areas of the hospital secure, we are not responsible for vehicle damage, fire or theft while parked in the hospital lot.Our security staff is on duty around the clock. After 10 p.m. all doors are locked; please use the doorbell located at the front of the hospital for admission after hours. The security staff provides escorts to and from cars.If emergency access is needed, please call the nurses station with the time of arrival, and a security guard will meet you.
We understand that patients and their families may have questions as treatment progresses. Patient care conferences with physicians and clinical staff are held periodically. Please contact Clinical Case Management staff at extension 4290 or extension 4266 if you would like to attend.
When you no longer need the specialized services of our hospital but still require medical care, your physician may discharge you to a skilled nursing facility, a rehabilitation center, or to home care. Our discharge planner will help arrange for the services you may need after leaving the hospital.Medicare and supplemental insurance policies have limited coverage for skilled nursing care and home healthcare. Check your policies to be certain what services will be covered.
